Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website and paid for in advance via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been processed successfully.

• 30-Minute Session: £10 per person
• 1-Hour Session: £15 per person
• Maximum capacity: 7 people per session
• Bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance, by the day before your session at the latest

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling subject to £5 admin fee
• No-show: No refund

3. Session Requirements

What to Bring:

• Swimwear or comfortable clothing suitable for sauna use
• 2 towels (one for sauna, one for after cold plunge)
• Dry robe or warm clothing for after your session
• Water bottle to stay hydrated

Arrival Time:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked session time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time
• Sessions start promptly at the booked time

4. Age Restrictions

• Participants must be 18 years or older
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who takes full responsibility
• Children under 16 are not permitted to use cold plunge facilities

5. Code of Conduct

All guests must:

• Behave respectfully towards staff and other guests
• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not bring glass containers into the facility
• Keep noise levels reasonable
• Take responsibility for their personal belongings

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session without refund if these rules are not followed.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that sauna and cold plunge therapy involves inherent risks. By booking a session, you:

• Assume all risks associated with participation
• Agree that Reset Sauna & Cold Plunge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage
• Confirm you have adequate health/travel insurance
• Release Reset Sauna & Cold Plunge from all claims arising from your participation

We maintain public liability insurance, but this does not cover pre-existing medical conditions or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Your information is used to:

• Process your booking and payment
• Send booking confirmations and reminders
• Contact you about your session if necessary

We do not share your data with third parties except payment processors (Stripe). You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: adverse weather, equipment failure, acts of God, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
